How RCVR Was Born

   We met at ONNIT Gym in Austin, TX

   We were both working corporate jobs in Austin, Texas, and training hard around them. Gus for his third HYROX World Championships. James for his latest arm wrestling and bodybuilding adventures. But we had the same struggle in mind - how do we maximize the benefits of our workouts?

   Our post-workout routines were complex... 

   ...and our counters were cluttered with so many different powders, pills, and supplements. Do all of these even work? Plus, when we traveled, we always forgot to pack something. There had to be an easier way...

   So, what ingredients really matter?

   We read clinical studies and talked to sports scientists, strength coaches and endurance athletes, and noticed that many products were underdosed, especially for those training hard. One easy example: most electrolyte mixes only contain 20mg-60mg of magnesium... ours contains 200mg.
